Our subscription is $99/month when prepaid annually ($1,188 total) or $150/month billed monthly. You get 10 maintenance visits per year, a dedicated pro who knows your home, priority scheduling, minor repairs included, and rollover hours up to 3 months. It's perfect for ongoing home maintenance.

Materials are billed at cost plus 20%. We provide receipts for all materials purchased and you only pay for what's used. You're also welcome to provide your own materials if you prefer.

We typically schedule 1-2 weeks out for new projects. Subscription members get priority scheduling and can often book within days. For urgent repairs, call us and we'll do our best to accommodate.
