Yes, Noma Home Pros is fully licensed and insured. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for your protection. We're happy to provide proof of insurance upon request.

Our subscription is $99/month when prepaid annually ($1,188 total) or $150/month billed monthly. You get 10 maintenance visits per year, a dedicated pro who knows your home, priority scheduling, minor repairs included, and rollover hours up to 3 months. It's perfect for ongoing home maintenance.

We provide receipts for all materials purchased and you only pay for what's used. You're also welcome to provide your own materials if you prefer.

We typically schedule 1-2 weeks out for new projects. Subscription members get priority scheduling and can often book within days. For urgent repairs, call us and we'll do our best to accommodate.

We accept credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash. Payment is due upon completion of work. For larger projects, we may require a deposit to secure materials.

Yes. If you notice an issue with our workmanship within 30 days of service completion, contact us at (217) 803-1694 or kevin@nomahomepros.com. We will return to re-do the work at no additional labor cost. This applies to labor quality only; it does not cover material defects, normal wear, or issues caused by third parties. Subscription refunds: If you cancel within your first 30 days of membership, you may request a prorated refund of unused service credits.

TV mounting is a service that's available, and you don't have to worry if you don't have a mount yet. A suitable TV mount can be provided for your space and the type of TV you have, or use the one you already bought if you prefer. The mounting is done properly, with attention to safety and making sure everything is level and secure on the wall, whether it's drywall, brick, or something else. Just let us know what kind of TV you have, your preferred viewing height, and any other details, and everything else can be taken care of.
