The Membership is perfect if your home is in generally good shape and you primarily need someone to stay on top of the routine items. If your needs grow, you can always upgrade to the full Monthly Subscription for hands-on maintenance visits or add a half-day or full-day package for larger projects.

The Monthly Subscription Explained

Our subscription service is built around the concept that regular maintenance is more cost-effective than emergency repairs. For $99 per month when prepaid annually (or $150 per month if you prefer monthly billing), you receive ten scheduled maintenance visits throughout the year. Each visit allows us to tackle items from your to-do list while also performing preventive checks that catch small problems before they become expensive repairs.

Subscription members are assigned a dedicated handyman who becomes familiar with your home and its specific needs. This consistency means we can track issues over time, notice when something has changed, and provide more personalized service. Your handyman will maintain a record of past work and ongoing concerns, so you never have to explain your home's history repeatedly.

When to Choose a Package Instead

Our half-day and full-day packages are ideal for homeowners who have a specific project in mind rather than ongoing maintenance needs. The half-day package provides four hours of labor at $599, while the full-day package offers eight hours at $999. These packages work well for focused projects like mounting multiple televisions, assembling furniture throughout a home, or tackling a series of small repairs that have accumulated.

The full-day package offers our best hourly value at just over $124 per hour, compared to $149 per hour for the half-day option. Custom Project Quotes

Some jobs do not fit neatly into a time-based package. Whether it is a specialty repair, a unique installation, or a project that requires specific planning and materials, our Custom Project option gives you a detailed quote tailored to the work at hand. Simply reach out with a description of what you need, and we will schedule a free on-site estimate. You will receive a written quote with a clear breakdown of labor and materials so there are no surprises. There is no obligation, and members receive their 10 percent discount on custom projects as well.

Materials and Additional Costs

We believe in complete transparency when it comes to materials pricing. We provide itemized receipts for every purchase, so you know exactly what you are paying for. If you prefer to purchase materials yourself, we are happy to work with homeowner-supplied items.

For projects that extend beyond the estimated time, we communicate before any additional charges are incurred. Our overflow rate of $125 per hour applies only when you approve the additional time. We would rather pause a project and reschedule than surprise you with unexpected charges.
