Your subscription includes 10 annual maintenance visits, priority scheduling, rollover hours (up to 3 months), proactive preventive maintenance, minor repairs during visits, on-demand specialist coordination, and invoice review for any subcontractors hired.

Pricing note: The $99/month rate is prepaid annually at $1,188. If you prefer to pay monthly instead, the subscription is billed at $150/month.

The Half-Day package ($599) gives you 4 hours of dedicated labor, perfect for smaller projects like installing fixtures or minor repairs. The Full-Day package ($999) provides 8 hours of labor for bigger projects like room painting, deck repairs, or multiple tasks in one visit.

Our pricing covers labor only. Materials are billed separately at cost plus a 20% markup. We can pick up materials for you or you can have them ready before we arrive. We'll always discuss material needs before starting any project.

Yes! We are fully licensed and insured. Your home and our work are protected. We're happy to provide proof of insurance upon request.
